För en definition av detta ord, leta inte längre än ditt eget Fb-flöde – det är bokstavligen en ekokammare.
Parametrarna är inställda för att bara visa dig vad FB tycker som kittlar dig just nu.
Naturligtvis ger vi ofta denna ekokammare ett uppsving genom att sluta följa, blockera eller ta bort någon som kan ha en annan åsikt än vi.
Så hur kom vi till detta tråkiga tillstånd? Drade media oss hit sparkande och skrikande? Inte troligt.
Sedan babyboomarna har varje generation omsorgsfullt odlat en känsla av berättigande, tillsammans med en nästan fullständig brist på ansvar – om det någonsin fanns ett recept på katastrof, skulle detta vara det.
Och ja, vi har alla varit villiga medbrottslingar.
Därför att vi är värda det.
Därför att vi är värda detvi har skapat en andlighet (jag använder termen löst) utan moraliska band.
Eftersom vi är värda det har vi en andlighet som droppar consejos om hur vi kan öka vårt överflöd och tillfredsställa varje infall och önskan.

So what perro we do about this problem? How perro we get closer to factual and objective truth again and step outside our own private echo chambers?There are some obvious answers.
First of all, we need to make sure that we welcome news and information into our lives that doesn't 'resonate.' The word 'resonate' in our New Age, articulo-truth world, is often means 'makes our little self (aka the ego) feel better.' Secondly, we would all do well to spend less time browsing popular media feeds since this just serves to reinforce our echo chamber.
Thirdly, we need to use our discernment to find reliable news sources and finally, we all need to get back to reading more books - especially the classics.
Oh, and intuitive-sensitives aren't exempt! We cánido only use our sensitivity as an excuse to check out for so long.
We need to do the healing & shadowwork so that we perro get on with doing what we're here to do, i.y también.

We are needed out in the real world.
Our shoulders need to be wet with the tears of those in need.
In the end, no matter what your story is, you are not your story and that story is only yours so that it will serve as inspiration for someone with a afín challenge to overcome.
